    Seen below is a fear advertisement made by Allstate Insurance used to promote their brand. In this campaign, they uses this actor to demonstrate "mayhem" in your life to encourage you to use their car, home, or life insurance by portraying instances of danger or mayhem. Their cure to this mayhem is their brand of insurance to save you money when dangerous or unfavorable events happen.

    Another fear advertisement made by "The Truth", a company against smoking shows us the effects of what smoking can do to you. Their ad shows a dead person with a popular smoking brands image attached to them, like it was their cause of death. Their company is trying to convince smokers and nonsmokers that smoking kills, and the solution is to not do it.
